Here's to you Mrs. Robinson.

It's raining. I love rain. Yesterday Ali and I loaded up on biographies and WWII stories at the library. Perfect for a rainy day. I'm mellow today. I think it's the rain. I feel like watching Pearl Harbor. Or making cookies. Or watching Julie and Julia. Or drawing. YES! I feel like drawing.

I'm really into grammar right now. Think of how many times a day our society overuses the word 'like'. It is so superfluous! It isn't needed, so why do we say it? I have been watching my vocabulary and grammar. Slap me if I ever say like. Well, unless it is applicable. In a sentence such as: "I like to read". Then I guess it's OK.

S(s)OTD: Here are 3 rainy day songs:
2. Quiet by Rachael Yamagata
3. Carnival Town by Norah Jones (my favorite)

I think I shall go listen to all of them whilst reading my Jackie Kennedy biography.

P.S. My blessed (bless-ed) Pappy got us tickets to... ready? PAUL MCCARTNEY!
2nd time seeing him! I am so stoked.
