Going from a B to a B flat on the violin is probably one of the best things this world can offer. I love it! Your first finger just slides right down. It sounds cool. I could do it all day.
I think I'm ADD.
You guys! I almost forgot. I went to three really great concerts this past week. Paul McCartney, James Taylor/Carol King, and Ben Folds. Yeah, I know. It was great.
Paul McCartney is 68 and he has more energy than I do. There was this security guard lady in front of us during the concert, and she was not phased AT ALL that Paul McCartney was playing. She didn't smile, dance, sing, or move. She just stood there. I decided that had that been lets say a... um... Rascal Flats concert she'd have been thrilled. But Paul McCartney? Never. He did the version of Something that I raved about in another post... I don't know if you recall. It is so good. I almost cried. Also, Live and Let Die rocked my socks off (I can't believe I just said that...)
I am really tired. Otherwise I would give full details of the other two... but I really want to go read and go to bed. Have I ever talked about the Children of the Promise on here? Oh my gosh. I am so obsessed. Go read the series. It is so good. Mechale can attest to that. Today I did a bad thing though. I was reading the second one (there are five..) and I have the fifth one at my house and I read the last 4ish pages! I know everything now. WHY DID I DO THAT?! It was so dumb! Now I know who lives, and who marries who. AH. So lame. I am still reading all of them. Woohoo! Adios.
