Hallelujah!

First order of business:

Happy Birthday Maddie!
(classic Madison Blake colors)

Hallelujah!

Well, it's finally the break! Hallelujah! Praise the heavens! This break is much needed for me to catch up on lost sleep... also for me to finish my math assignments.

I love Thanksgiving. It's the beginning of the holidays, but it's not quite as crazy as Christmas. (Although I do love the craziness of Christmas).

We're singing the Hallelujah Chorus in choir and I'm not too fond of it. My brother Paul just bought 100 classical music songs and the Hallelujah chorus is one of them. I just really am not a fan.

On a completely different note that has nothing to do with Hallelujahing...Do you like Maroon 5? Well, before they were called Maroon 5 they were called Kara's Flowers... and they were much better then, in my opinion.
So, this song is called 'Fog' and this song is called 'Good At Being Gone'. They are both pretty dang great.

But here's the thing, I don't think that I would like these songs as much as I do if I listened to them for the first time today. It's just one of those bands that reminds me of my parents and my childhood. Fond memories of going on vacation in big cities listening to this in the hotel room.

Form your own opinions.
