Ode to Bountiful

So I decided tonight was a good night for me to blog because I took a nice nap from like 8 pm to 9 pm so I can't fall asleep. Not gonna lie, this isn't my first choice (because sleep is) but this is def a good alternate.

ANYWAY how are you?! 

I think this is my longest blogging silence ever but I think I am going to get back into a nice blogging groove. So, thats good. 

Much has happened since we last talked, my cyber friends. I moved to orem, I go to UVU, and I got a job. Pretty weird and it has been a pretty big adjustment but for the most part I am loving it. School is way fun, and I really enjoy my job.

I am living with a few of my best friends and then my other best friends live right over in provo! It is so good to see people from home on a regular basis. I sure do miss good old Bountiful. I only get sad about living here when I think about home for long periods of time. I am busy most of the time, but at times like these I sure do miss it. Not seeing my stupid dog Annie is seriously driving me crazy (oh, and my family too). And lets be honest, these provo mountains don't have nothin on bountiful's beautiful scenery. 

I am not as good at cooking good food as I thought i would be. I really am just too tired when I get home so I mostly eat snack foods (i.e. crackers, carrots, nutella, apples, and granola bars)... and I'm not gonna lie I have eaten ramen a few times because I'm that lazy. I am going to try to start cooking. Watch me.

Anyway, there is a little update. I hope you all are doing well!

SOTD:

I haven't been listening to as much music as normally do lately because there are really no GOOD times to listen to music. I'm pretty much never alone. Unless I have my headphones in... I don't play music out too much because I feel like I'm putting people out by listening to it. Does that make sense? I don't know. BUT ANYWAY. I did go to the Norah Jones concert the week before I left and it was so freakin good. So, the SOTD is one of my faces (sarah's too) from the concert. 

P.S. Speaking of Sarah she is going on a mission! (don't sue me for saying that bear). She'll be getting her call within the next little while and we are all so excited for her! Crossing our fingers for Europe because lets be honest, who doesn't want to go to Europe?
